Mens Roller Derby World Cup 2016
In 2014 I helped design the MRDWC logo and programme for the 1st ever mens roller derby world cup and was asked to work on the new 2016 logo and flyer designs. The initial design was based on the 'Spirit of Derby' trophy won by Team USA in 2014 and it features prominently but I added the flame design to symbolise the burning passion to win and spark in all the skaters competing. It was later suggested to change the colours of the flame to include all colours from the flags of each country competing to show unity between the competitors and a universal love of the sport.
